Visitors to The Point Bed & Breakfast will enjoy a good nights sleep in one of our two guest rooms; The Front Room or The Rutherford Room. Both these Queen rooms with everything provided to make your stay with us even more enjoyable. Your hosts, having lived in Kaikōura all their lives, can share local knowledge and offer advice on local attractions, activities and restaurants.

Relax in the garden, sit on the veranda and enjoy the peace and quiet of our rural setting, or take a wander to the beach across the quiet road. If you are an early riser, why not start your day enjoying the panoramic views of the mountains and the sea.

When you wake, indulge in a delicious continental breakfast at our dining table or on the veranda. Breakfast includes a range of cereals, fresh fruit salad, peaches, toast, home-made spreads, honey, optional farm eggs on toast, orange juice and a selection of herbal teas, tea and coffee.
